First days of school

 Hey y'all,

 Since Wednesday the boys have been back to school. Therefore Tuesday was the most stressful day I've ever had with the boys. All their stuff for school had to be sorted out and books and binders had to be labeled and as you can imagine, the boys did not want to do that. It took us the entire day to finish everything and get their things ready and going for the day. Luckily, the boys were so excited to see their friends again that waking up, breakfast, and getting dressed were done without complaining. As already mentioned before, the boys attend the "Deutsche Schule London", which is a private school ad combines all classes from grade 1 to 12. It takes about fifteen minutes by car to get there and as I am not allowed to  drive my host-familiy's car (because of insurance), Alexa takes the kids to school every morning. They usually leave the house between 7.45AM and 8AM. At that point, I take Mimi for a walk in our lovely Richmond Park and have breakfast afterwards. From their on I have time for myself until the boys come back at around 1.30PM. This week I spend some of the time in Kingston or just relaxing. But I hope that starting from next week, I can use that time to go to the gym. Plus, I might be attending an English course at Kingston College. Since it was their first week back in school, they did not really have homework and they got to go on a play-date after school and do their homework after dinner. But let's face it, every day that ended in a big drama.

In love with British houses!

 Hallo meine Lieben,

Seit Mittwoch gehen meine zwei Jungs jetzt wieder in die Schule. Dem entsprechend anstrengend war Dienstag. Alle Schulsachen mussten beschaffen, sortiert und mit Namensschildern beklebt werden. Da die Jungs, wie zu erwarten, überhaupt keine Lust darauf hatten, hat das direkt mal den ganzen Tag gedauert. Dafür war zum Glück am nächsten Morgen die Vorfreude auf ihre Freunde so groß, dass sie sich pünktlich und schneller als Alexa und ich angezogen und fertig gemacht hatten. Die Jungs besuchen eine private Schule, die "Deutsche Schule London" heißt und da diese ein Stückchen entfernt ist, werden sie mit dem Auto in die Schule gebracht. Allerdins darf ich wegen der teuren Versicherung kein Auto hier fahren und deswegen bringt Alexa die Jungs jeden Morgen in die Schule. Zwischen 7.45h und 8.00h verlassen sie das Haus und ich gehe erst einmal mit Mimi in unserem Richmond Park spazieren. Danach frühstücke ich meistens und mache mich fertig. Bis die Jungs um 13.30h von der Schule wieder komme, habe ich dann erst einmal Zeit für mich. Diese Woche habe ich in der Zeit einige Dinge in der Stadt erledigt, aber ich hoffe, dass ich ab nächster Woche in der Zeit Sport machen kann. Allerdings muss ich noch offiziel im Gym angemeldet werden, bevor ich da los legen darf.  Außerdem fange ich ab Mitte September wahrscheinlich mit einem Englisch Kurs am Kingston College an.
In ihren ersten Tage hatten die Jungs kaum Hausaufgaben auf und durften deswegen direkt nach der Schule mit Freunden spielen und die Hausaufgaben konnten bis nach dem Abendbrot warten. Wie zu erwarten, gab es dann natürlich ein riesen Drame, bis die Hausaufgaben gemacht waren.
